Making global programmes work – both consistently and locally
We manage many global programmes – if they’re not consistent, the outcome will be diluted. If they’re not localised, they won’t adequately engage the learners.
Is there a way to achieve both?
- Get engagement early in the shaping and design process - be clear on outcomes and where input locally is required
- Create a team of internal champions made up of front line teams, managers and trainers who have a common goal and approach
- Ensure delivery occurs in the local language to ensure any nuances are not misunderstood or misinterpreted
- Also create the support materials in the local language with local input into translation
Our Dell case study demonstrates how this can be achieved.
